Heat Guardian is a free, ad-free swim meet companion built by a swim parent. If something is broken or a meet will not load, email me and I will look at it.

Do not see your meet?
Send us the meet → Paste a link to its heat sheet and we will add it, usually within a day, so every family at that meet can pull it up too.
Prefer email? Send the heat sheet (PDF) to meets@heatguardianswim.com. Coaches: forwarding the heat-sheet email your team already got is the easiest way to load your whole team's meet.
Common questions
- How do I add a meet?
- Tap "Add a meet," then upload the meet's heat-sheet PDF or paste a public link. Your swimmers' events are pulled out automatically.
- How do I record a time?
- Type it on your swimmer's tile, with their splits if you took them. It counts toward their best time, their drop and the cut they are chasing. Results, live or final, are Meet Mobile's job, not ours.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Your swimmers, meets, and notes stay on your device. No accounts, no ads. See the privacy policy below.
