Do not see your meet?
Send us the meet → Paste a link to its heat sheet or results and we will add it, usually within a day, so every family at that meet can pull it up too.
Prefer email? Send the heat sheet (PDF) to meets@heatguardianswim.com. Coaches: forwarding the heat-sheet email your team already got is the easiest way to load your whole team's meet.
Common questions
How do I add a meet? Tap "Add a meet," then upload the meet's heat-sheet PDF or paste a public link. Your swimmers' events are pulled out automatically.
How do I see official times? Link a swimmer to their USA Swimming profile from the Swimmers tab; results backfill after a meet posts.
Is my data private? Yes. Your swimmers, meets, and notes stay on your device. No accounts, no ads. See the privacy policy below.
